Castro Marim - Verdelago

Verde Lago is a new development near Tavira. Spanning about 80,000 square meters, it comprises 340 residential units ranging from 97 to 342 square meters. Prices range from €450,000 (apartments) to €670,000 (townhouses) and €1,55 million (villas). Verde Lago will also feature a hotel with 200 rooms. The hotel will offer paddle and tennis courts, a swimming pool, security, and private access to the beach. All resort facilities will be available to anyone who purchases a unit in the development.

The apartments offer a guaranteed minimum return of up to 5% per year during the first 5 years, and there are innovative and flexible profitability models depending on the percentage of use.

Initially only part of the project will be available for sale – namely, 57 residential units comprising Villas, Townhouses, and Apartments.

Sustainability is a priority for the contractor, which is why this will be a Green Globe-certified development.
